At Flop Industries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send it back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned goods within 5 business days of receipt and issue a refund to your original payment method.
